"The most important statement is the that made by the United States, which not only called for an end to the war, but also stated that the participation of a third country in the war is inadmissible, which, in our opinion, concerns Turkey."
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic Masis Mailyan stated this at a press conference. In his speech, the Minister noted that two resolutions were discussed in the Dutch Foreign Affairs Committee.
"The first resolution passed was that the parliament calls on its own government to issue an ultimatum to Azerbaijan calling for an end to the war and, if necessary, to suspend the negotiations at the Azerbaijan-EU level, the second resolution calls on the government to urge Turkey and other countries to refrain from interfering in the ongoing conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh."
Mayis Mailyan said that this document should be discussed on September 30. "We hope that it will be adopted by the Dutch Parliament," he said.
